PURCHASE

1. Order the number of ball nut assemblies you need

2. Order each ball screw individually to match ball nut count

3. Order your optional custom mounting plate and retainer

1. Select the number of ball nuts assemblies you want to order.

Each ball nut assembly consists of two 1204 ball nuts, 40 tooth center pulley and two angular contact ball bearings. The ball nut / ball screw assembly is a single linear motion device.

Servo motor, motor pulley and 9mm GT2 3mm belt not included.

Ball Screw #1 $0.06 per mm

Ball Screw #2 $0.06 per mm

Ball Screw #3 $0.06 per mm

Ball Screw #4 $0.06 per mm

2. Order each individual ball screw separately.

Specify requested length in millimeters.

Each ball screw will be cut to your specified length. Cut accuracy +/- 2mm.

Order as many ball screws as your ball nut count as each Power Ball Nut will be individually assembled and adjusted for minimum backlash and roll resistance on the ball screw.

The complete ball nut / ball screw assembly is a single linear motion device.

3. Order your optional mounting plate set.

You can manufacture your own mounting plates or order our custom made plates machined per your specifications.

Each mounting plate set includes:

• Custom plate, with all holes drilled per your instructions

• Ball bearing retainer cage

• Motor spacer

• Shoulder bolts

• 3mm pitch GT2 9mm wide belt

• 38 tooth motor pulley

• All required stainless steel hardware

Indicate the location and diameter of your mounting holes on the plate, we will machine those for you at no cost.

To preserve compatibilty of different software versions, please indicate your custom shape on our files.
